Dating protocols...

I was walking around Marina Square shopping centre doing window shopping. Well, this sounds like any typical day. Realisation hit me in the head that I'm surrounded by lots of couples in various ages. Be it the teens couples, adult couples or even the old-happily-married couples. I started to wonder. Could today be a special day? I doubt so. I guess it's a coincident that ALL couples planned to go out with their loved ones. Strange notion but sadly, it's the truth.Back to the point of today's post. I passed-by a restaurant that has a setting of a romantic candle-light dinner. It was very romantic and not to mention damn sinful as hell. You should get what i mean. Anyway, i noticed a couple by sitting by the window. On the surface, they seemed made for each other. Same stylishness quotient, age, ethnic background. Same size head. Don't laugh. However, i can't help but noticed the stiff-backed tension and fidgety handling of forks. Which, apparently told the very short story of their relationship: A 1st date that would not lead to a second. Well, observing people do tells a lot of story. Like they say," Your body language tells the world a whole lot more than they should know." So, window shopping is not so bad afterall. Maybe, this activity can add to the list of my interest. Interesting notion. ;) |
